AYSO Upstate 722 offers programs for all children ages 3 to 18 years. 

Playground - is a child development program.  The objective of this program is to help develop, in collaboration with the parent or guardian, the child's fundamental motor skills using soccer as a common thread.  This is for children ages 3 to 4.

6U Boys/Girls - This division will only meet on game day.  They will practice for 30 minutes and then play for 20 minutes.  This is for ages 4 and 5.  

8U Boys/Girls - This division will practice once a week for an hour and play a game on Saturday.  This division is for ages 6 and 7.

10U Boys/Girls - This division will practice twice a week for an hour each and play a game on Saturday.  This division is for ages 8 and 9.

12U Boys/Girls - This division will practice twice a week for an hour each and play a game on Saturday.  This division is for ages 10 and 11.

14U Boys/Girls - This division will practice twice a week for an hour each and play a game on Saturday.  This division is for ages 12 and 13.

15U to 19U Boys/Girls - These divisions will practice twice a week for an hour each and play a game on Saturday.  This division is for ages 14 to 18.
